Woodland Park Rose Garden Family Photo Session | Seattle Family Photographer

I'm so thrilled that I found another beautiful location for photo sessions in Seattle. Woodland Park Rose Garden seems to have walked out of a fairy tale book and became a reality. It's such a magical place.

Best time for pictures is mid June-August, when roses are at their peak. There were plenty of scenic places to take family pictures of my client and her beautiful family. I've brought a few props with me to keep the girls happy and it has worked!

Taking pictures of little ones can be a challenge for sure and it's always a good idea to come prepared. I've brought bubbles and an antiques toy stroller and some roses for the stroller. The girls LOVED IT!

We just walked along the paths in the garden and let the girls explore a little. I was able to capture many beautiful and heartfelt memories. The weather was warm, but not too hot. The sun was peeking through tall trees adding to the warm feeling in the pictures.

Towards the end we just had the girls run around while I chased them with my camera trying to get some candid shots, and they came out amazing!
