Maternity Session At Discovery Park | Seattle Maternity Photographer

This was my clients first and last maternity session. One of the things I've always regretted was the sad fact that I never got my maternity pictures professionally done. I wasn't a photographer back in those days and now I will never get those moments back.

I'm so happy that my client got to do at least one professional maternity session. She wanted to keep it a surprise for her husband so planning took a little work. And boy, was he surprised when he saw the pictures. She said he was so proud and was showing them to everyone! :) That makes me so happy! Favorite part of my job is to bring joy to my clients through the art of photography.

I love the gown that my client has chosen. It is so full of drama and elegance at the same time. The ruby color went so well with the background of beach and open grass fields. Reds seem to look good in almost all locations and it is very eye catching as well. Very easy color to deal with from my point of view.

We picked Discovery Park in Seattle as our location. It was a beautiful day! Sunny and warm. Perfect for some of those beach shots. I was able to get a lot of great pictures. Enjoy!
