Little Girl Picking Daisies

These daisy fields reminds me of my home country where I grew up. Every summer my dad would take me and my sister to a Ukrainian village where his sister lived. We had a free pass to go at will. The only rule was to be home before sun was down for dinner. These were the greatest memories I still hold dear till this day. These daisy fields remind me so much of my home country I can't help but to feel nostalgic about it. Enjoy the pictures. Feel free to contact me to schedule your magical session today. A Girl, A Ukulele, And Daisies

Every summer we are blessed with gorgeous daisy fields. Unfortunately they don't last very long and every year I have to take advantage of them and try to take as many sessions as I can here, before they all get mowed down. Maternity Session | Bellevue Maternity Photographer

This mama to be is absolutely adorable! I had such an amazing and fun time planning and capturing this maternity session. f/2.8 1/500 iso2000 100mm, Canon 5d Mark iii, Canon EF 70-200mm 2.8 We did two locations, one for the red dress and one for the purple dress, featured above. I found this absolutely magical location right in the middle of Bellevue. It had a beautiful creek, lush green forest, and a fantastic waterfall. I was ecstatic when I found it. You would think we were in the middle of a tropical jungle. f/2.8 1/500 iso2000 100mm, Canon 5d Mark iii, Canon EF 70-200mm 2.8 I absolutely love how these pictures came out. The purple lace gown looks so magical in the green forest. The ligh

Karate Inspired Senior Session

I wanted to make this Senior session extra special. A client was a personal friend of mine, and I saw this boy grow up right before my eyes. I knew he liked karate a lot and wanted it reflected in his senior session. "Karate Kid" came to mind right away and I knew the perfect location for this shoot, Saltwater State Park. There were a few hiccups on the day of shooting. Because we planned the session six months in advance both of us didn't realize that the date we picked was right in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. When I showed up at our location there were so many people around I began to worry if I would be able to capture any nice shots without others in them. I was able to find a fe

Daisy Fields Fairy Tale Session

Every year we get these beautiful summer daisies growing wild in huge fields. The only problem is they get cut down to prevent wild fires. This gives me a very limited time on doing some beautiful sessions here, and they almost didn't happen, because I was so busy. But thanks to beautiful and sweet Maria, we were able to make it work. I had this idea in my head of a girl trapped in a mirror, then she manages to get out and gets to explore the new magical world that she is in now. This was my first try at trying to create something so elaborate, and I wasn't really sure if any of it would work out at all. Enjoy the rest of these images and tell me what you think!
