There is something magical about a sweet little girl full of giggles and laughter, and Samantha is one of those girls. She was so full of energy and had so much fun running around in her adorable gold glitter and hot pink dress. It was like watching a fluffy pink ball bouncing all over the park.

This adorable dress was handmade by an extremely talented children's designer Hadiqa Sabah, owner of Innie Minnie Closet, which specializes in creating unique, one of a kind dresses for girls.

All these pictures were taken at Washington Arboretum just as the cherry blossoms began to bloom. If you hadn't been to Washington Arboretum during cherry blossom season, then you are missing out on so much beauty. It is one of my favorite places to visit. Just know, that they only last about a week, so you better make sure you don't miss them.
